This review isn’t of the clothes, because I really like them, but the customer service. I’ve had the misfortune of having to contact them a few times and they are always snide, unhelpful, and rude. I’m convinced it’s just a bunch of dudes passing around a blunt and a 40 telling everyone to F off.
Most recently, I contacted them about sandals I ordered a month ago, only to be told “ AS STATED ON OUR WEBSITE THEY WONT SHIP UNTIL MAY 20”. Ok, I’ve worked in CS and corporate too, I know when I’m being talked down to as professionally as possible. While this tactic has a place in the corporate world (sadly), it does not belong in customer service. Especially when ordering something that at the time gives no indication it will be over a month before it ships.
It is the 27th, still no shipping notification, and after being talked to like an idiot last time I did check the website and my account and found no update. You shouldn’t have to go to a website to find out why your order is late, you should be notified by email. It’s not like they don’t know who their target audience is.
I’m bummed out but I don’t think I’ll be overpaying for things with owls on them anymore.
OVO doesn't have terrible customer service. They just don't have customer service. Period. Order the Raptors x OVO pregame sweat suit. Loaded the website 3 hours before launch with my account logged in to ensure I got what I wanted - white hoody and matching sweatpants, for a very special birthday gift. Order was confirmed 1 min after purchase. Shipping label was created 6 days later. That was Dec 22. UPS has no tracking information because they haven't received the package yet. 2 emails to customer service. First being very polite, second being slightly aggravated. A week since the first email has been sent. I have not heard back. Charged $350. And can't even have the decency to confirm if my package is in the warehouse or missing. A simple "well look into it" would have done. Instead I get ignored. During pandemic times when online sales are surging, you'd think this reputable brand could atleast respond to an email.
No returns no exchanges! Don't bother shopping online.
Smedium, I mean Medium doesnt hold up to North American sizing - that made in China tag tells it all.
Sweater was perfect. Thank God.
Long sleeve t was small. Not slim fit. Small. aka Short.
Rain jacket was smedium. Sad.
Dad cap fit was weird. Too much bunching at the top.
SO SAD. I spent $544 after shippng and taxes.

I always go to the OVO store to shop. But since the pandemic started, I tried shopping online.
Items: T- shirts and hoodies- very good quality! Canadian made!
Shipping: worst! They sent me a notification that my package has been delivered, but I didn't received it yet! I checked their courier, FedEx, it says package is still on its way.
Customer service: It's a hit or miss. You're lucky if the staff who replies to your email is well- trained at their job. If not, good luck!
I ordered a pair of slippers for my boyfriend. The slippers had the owl logo on the top in gold. In around 1,5 week the logo started to peel even though the slippers had only been used inside maybe every other day for 1,5 week. I contacted customer service and received an answer back that Said I should’ve returned the item within 2 weeks. At that time I’d waited around 4 days for an answer and therefore went over the 2 week returntime. I wrote back that the item was flawed and that it is bad customer service to pay that much for slippers and get that answer back. Haven’t heard back yet and Will probably not buy from the website again...

Ordered $500.00 worth of clothes from the app on May 29, 2020. After a week contacted OVO by email, as no phone contact is available, asked as to when the items would be shipped was promptly email back, 10-15 days for shipping. After the the 15 days I contacted OVO again as to when the items would be shipped, received the exact same response, 10-15 days for shipping. I requested they ship immediately or refund my monies, I received absolutely no response from them! This is not how you run a company! I feel I’ve been scammed!
